John Catsimatidis interviewed Alan Dershowitz on his Sunday morning WNYM radio show about President Trump’s decision to declare a national emergency. Dershowitz explains why he sees it as a bad idea. Although he’s often accused of pro-Trump bias, Dershowitz also thinks the president erred by picking Jeff Sessions as his Attorney General, and by firing former FBI director James Comey when he did.
